Instructions
Step 1
In a small pot, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a gentle boil.
Step 2
Add orange zest, lemon zest, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, and clove powder.

Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add dark caramel, mix well, then remove from heat.
Step 5
Let the drink cool completely, then strain to remove solids.
Step 6
Stir in lemon juice, lime juice, coffee extract, and vanilla extract.
Step 7
To serve, mix 1/2 cup of the cola mixture with 1 litre of carbonated water. Adjust for taste.
Step 8
Serve chilled over ice.
