Tangy White Chocolate
2 steps
Prep:5min
If you combine equal parts by weight of cocoa powder and melted coconut oil, you can easily make an unsweetened 100% chocolate bar with no added sugar. Well, today I'm swapping the cocoa powder for buttermilk powder, and adding in some vanilla extract. The result is an unsweetened white chocolate bar that mildly sweet from the natural milk sugars. This healthy candy bar is also slightly tangy and salty from the buttermilk, giving it more flavor. Try this chopped up into your next dessert or bowl of oatmeal to mix it up from normal chocolate chips!
