Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Then grease and line two 8 inch round cake pans. In a large bowl whisk together, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Slowly pour in hot coffee, mixing gently until the batter is mixed well, the batter will be thin at this point for moisture. Divide evenly between cake pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Cool in pants for 10 minutes and then turn out on a wire rack. To make the frosting, add butter, cream and sugar to a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat star in vanilla and salt let cool slightly until spreadable then assemble cake.
