Step 1
Crush up biscuits into fine crumbs
Step 2
Add in 2 tbsp of cream cheese and 2 tbsp of biscoff spread
Step 3
Shape into about 12 balls
Step 4
Add to a baking sheet and freeze for 30 mins
Step 5
Melt white chocolate and biscoff spread in the microwave
Step 6
Dip each ball in the chocolate
Step 7
Chill in the fridge then drizzle over last bit of mixture and coat with crushed up biscoff
