Instructions
Step 1
Line 8-inch square pan with wax paper.
Step 2
Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt in heavy saucepan over low heat
Step 3
Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add dissolve coffee in hot water.
Step 5
Add dissolved coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon to chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
Step 6
Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Step 7
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Step 8
Lift fudge out of pan with wax paper and place on cutting board.
Step 9
Peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
Step 10
Chocolate Fudge:
Omit coffee, water and cinnamon. Add ½ to 1 cup chopped nuts and an additional ½ tsp vanilla extract.
