Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, espresso powder, baking powder & salt into a mixing bowl, then combine.
Step 2
Peel the skin off apples, roughly dice.
Step 3
Then place apples, almond milk, eggs & coconut oil (melted) into a NutriBullet/ food processor & blitz until smooth.
Step 4
Pour wet mixture into dry.
Step 5
Gradually add in chocolate chips whilst stirring in, until everything is combined.
Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
