Instructions

Step 1
In an extra large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients except chocolate chips
Step 2
Over medium low heat, melt butter and brown sugar. Add marshmallows. Completely melt marshmallows stiring often.
Step 3
Once it is melted and smoothly mixed together pour hot marshmallow mixture over dry granola. Using gloved hands greased with oil carefully work the cooling marshmallow fluff into granola throughly. Add in chocolate chips to cooling mixture and mix once more. Transfer ingredients to a parchment lined and greased quarter sheet pan. Press granola evenly into pan. I used the back of the sheet pan lid to press it down. I even stood on the lid all over to get granola solid. While still soft, cut granola into bars and individualy wrap bars in celophan wrap. Tranfer to airtight container to enjoy whenever you like!
