Step 1
Rub ribs with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour water, vinegar & liquid smoke into the Instant Pot. Place ribs upright on the trivet inside the pot. Cook on high pressure for 23-30 minutes (depending on the ribs). Natural release for 10 minutes, then brush with BBQ sauce and broil for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot and watch them disappear!
