Creamy Crockpot Chicken Stuffing and Green Beans

Too gloopy, better in the oven

Great flavor! It was dry though, so I'll cut down on the cooking time a bit and add an extra can of cream of chicken or mushroom. I will make it again!

It was okay. The green beans were slightly chewy and some of the stuffing got hard. Flavor was good though.

This has been one of my favorite dishes and it makes the house smell good. This is like grandma's cooking all day for that Sunday dinnet

I did add some milk to help with the crispy ness/ almost burning the stuffing mix. I did pay close attention to how it was cooking and adjusted temp accordingly. Wouldn't trust as a "forget it" type dish.

It was done in 3.25 hours. It was probably done sooner than that because the chicken was over 200. It was slightly salty so I won’t salt the chicken next time. This is great!!

I have done a similar recipe 10.75 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 6 oz Box Stove Top Stuffing 2 Cups Chicken Broth (If you like drier stuffing reduce the broth to at least 1.5 cups) For the meat I used pork tenderloin

I'm agreeing it was a little dry with burnt edges but flavor was good. Will try adding more water and mixing soup and stuffing.

I used bone in thighs that I skinned and added thyme, rosemary, and extra salt and pepper and it turned out really good and moist and flavorful.

We used fresh green beans. It came out a little dry. Next time I'll increase the water in the soup mixture.

Took all of 5 minutes to put into the cooker. Found it salty enough with the Stovetop stuffing.

So good! I completely didn't realize this was a crockpot meal so I panicked a bit at dinner time, but it baked well in the oven! I substituted the sour cream with plain greek yogurt to make it a bit healthier. I also didn't have enough chicken breast so I just added more vegetables (we had a summer squash from our yard) and I added probably closer to a cup of chicken stock (instead of water) so the vegetables would steam well. It came out DELICIOUS. Baked at 350° for 35 minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐—loved it. This has been a go-to for us for years! It is so easy to make (note: we definitely recommend mixing the soup and the stuffing, otherwise the stuffing could be dry). We especially love making it around the holidays—it is the perfect compromise if you don't want to go to the trouble of actually roasting a whole turkey. You can easily add other veggies. Regardless of what time of year you make it, it is a super reliable and delicious comfort food.

It was quite good. My kids didn't really like it which is surprising because I thought it would be a hit. Next time I would make a couple modifications I think and see if my family likes it more.

add extra salt and pepper over top of sauces to give it more flavor. super easy to make and very good
