Instructions
Step 1

Mix water (room temperature) with yeast and let it stay for 5~10 minutes.
Step 2

Meanwhile clean garlic, chop it and place on the frying pan.
Step 3

Keep frying and mixing until it changes color to golden.
Step 4

Mix the yeasted water with fried garlic and oil. Add salt.
Step 5

Add wheat. If you don't have a big bowl or a good mixer, it's easier to add it in parts and always mix before adding more.
Step 6

Mix it together. It can be done by hand, but mixer is better. Mixing time should be about five minutes.
Step 7

After five minutes, the dough should be smooth. Even after it's smooth keep mixing for a while. This ensures air has been properly infused into the dough.
Step 8

I like to cover the dough with more wheat on top and sides. It helps preventing it from sticking to sides.
Step 9

Cover with textile and wait between 2-3 hours. Dough should about double in size.
Step 10

Two hours later, the bread should double in size and air bubbles should be visible
Step 11

Prepare forms. If you don't have forms you can form the bread yourself and place it on an oven tray.
Step 12

Separate into parts and let breath for another 30~60 minutes
Step 13

Heat oven to 220 C and bake for 20~30 minutes. Keep checking it.
Step 14

Bread should be golden when done. You can test by cutting the bread in the middle and checking if the inside is still wet.
Step 15

Leftover bread can be put to freezer after cooling and then re-heated in the microwave.
