Instructions
Step 1
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or spray well.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, milk, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Combine: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
Step 5
Fill muffin tin: Fill each cup about 3/4 full. Top with a few extra chocolate chips or chopped Reese’s if desired.
Step 6
Bake: Bake for 16–18 minutes, until the tops spring back when lightly touched.
Step 7
Cool: Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
