Instructions
Step 1
Lay out the base: Place your regular flour tortilla flat on the counter.
Step 2
Spread the peanut butter: Use a butter knife to spread the creamy peanut butter evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a tiny border around the edges.
Step 3
Drizzle and spice: Drizzle the real honey back and forth over the peanut butter layer, then dust the ground cinnamon evenly across the top.
Step 4
Add the banana: Peel your whole banana. Place it whole directly along the edge of the tortilla closest to you.
Step 5
Roll it up: Roll the tortilla tightly up and around the whole banana until you have a solid log shape.
Step 6
Slice and serve: Use a sharp knife to slice the log into thick, bite-sized wheels. Eat immediately while fresh, or pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes to get it nice and cold.
Step 7
The Fluffernutter Twist: Spread a layer of Marshmallow Fluff right over the peanut butter before rolling it around the banana. OR The Nutella Combo: Use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of smooth Nutella side-by-side on the tortilla before adding the banana for a chocolate-peanut butter treat.
