Instructions

Step 1
Whisk flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in mixing bowl. Heat butter/milk in 2-cup glass measuring cup in microwave on high, in three 30-second bursts, stirring in between each, until butter is melted. Pour hot liquid over dry ingredients. stir with fork until mixture holds together when squeezed. Turn dough out onto work surface. knead until smooth. Use immediately
