Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Arrange the chicken patties on one baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes to start.
Step 3
Place the biscuits on the second baking sheet and place in the oven alongside the chicken; bake until they start to get golden brown (about 6–8 minutes).
Step 4
While everything bakes, stir together the melted butter and seasonings. Set aside.
Step 5
Once the chicken is crispy and the biscuits are golden brown, remove both from the oven.
Step 6
Slice each biscuit in half. Place one chicken patty and one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.
Step 7
Spoon a little marinara sauce over the chicken, then add the biscuit tops.
Step 8
Brush the tops of the biscuits with the seasoned butter and place back in the oven just until the cheese is nice and melty (about 3 minutes).
Step 9
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with extra marinara for dipping. Enjoy!
