This twist on a traditional streusal crumble topping takes none if the delicious stuff out and instead packs nutritious stuff in, so you get more bang for your indulgent buck! Use it to top muffins or quick bread loaves, fruit pies and pie-inspired cookies, or bake off gently and crumble into ice cream. It is a very versatile product!

Step 1
FOOD PROCESSOR METHOD:
A. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse just until the ingredients are well combined and resemble course sand. Make sure scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl half way through the process

HAND MADE METHOD:
A. Combine cubed butter with both sugars, both seeds, and the salt until very course and doughy when pressed into your fist. WORK QUICKLY TO KEEP BUTTER COLD! Pause to put butter mix into freezer for 5 minutes, every so often if you need to move slowly B. Once desired texture is achieved, add in the nuts and flour, once again mixing with your hand by squeezing the ingredients together until your topping is mostly lumps the size beans and cherries, and hold shape when pressed into your fist
