Ingredients
8 servings
½ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cupcoconut oil
melted
2 tablespoonspeanut butter
natural, peanuts and salt only
2 tablespoonsmonk fruit sweetener
to taste
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
½ teaspooncinnamon
salt
½ cupfree pretzels
plain gluten-, crushed into small pieces
Instructions
Step 1
1. Line a small baking sheet or shallow dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. Gently melt the coconut oil.
Step 3
3. Whisk the melted coconut oil and cocoa powder together until smooth.
Step 4
4. Stir in the peanut butter, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

5. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Step 6
6. Sprinkle the crushed gluten-free pretzels evenly over the chocolate.
Step 7
7. Gently press the pretzel pieces into the chocolate so they stick.
Step 8
8. Place in the freezer for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.
Step 9
9. Remove from the freezer and break into 8 pieces.
Step 10
10. Let each piece sit for a few minutes before eating so it's not extremely hard.
