Step 1
Combine 3 cups yams, 1/3 cup sugar/Monk fruit, 2/3 cup butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 2 beaten eggs. Play squash mixture in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. For the topping combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 stick of margarine, 1/2 cup flour, half cup chopped pecans. place mixture on top of yams and bake at 3:50 for 45 minutes.
