Do you remember fluffernutter sandwiches when you were a kid? For those who do not it is an amazing sandwich that was popular in the 80s and 90s made of marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Some people added bananas. This is an ode to the fluffernutter sandwich. It might taste a little bit better.🫢

Step 1
In a separate bowl mix first 6 dry ingredients. Use a mixer with paddle attachment, add brown sugar and butter and mix until fluffy. Add peanut butter and bananas and mix for a few minutes then add eggs while mixing one at a time. Add vanilla, then turn mixer down to low and slowly add in dry ingredients. Mix for a few
minutes and pour into parchment paper lined loaf pan. Push chocolate marshmallows into the batter almost all the way. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness. Allow to rest 30 minutes to an hour.
