Bring a pot of salt water to a boil and begin cooking your macaroni. Cook this for one minute less than the package suggests. Once cooked, drain and add back to the pot

Slowly add in your shredded cheese until melted in the cheese sauce. Reserve 2 cups of cheese to top your Mac and cheese with

Season your cheese sauce to taste

Add cheese sauce to your macaroni and stir until well combined while slowly adding in 1/2 cup of cheese

Stir until well combined then add to a baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese
