RITZ Peanut Butter Caramel Bars
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m all about no bake desserts during the holidays. Less stress & less mess!
You’re going to want to save this recipe for those last minute holiday parties - because not only is it a super easy recipe, it’s a MAJOR crowd pleaser and so easy to make for all of your friends and family to share! If you’re feeding a big crowd, it’s easy to double or triple the batch too! Making it perfect for cookie exchanges & DIY gifts.
RITZ Peanut Butter Caramel Bars:
+
(2 sleeves)
+ 1 bag of Chocolate Chips
+ 2 sticks of butter
+ 1 cup of Brown Sugar
+ Peanut Butter Cups (all from
)
Line a pan or baking sheet with some parchment paper for easy cutting & clean up. Melt 3/4 of your chocolate chips in the microwave - I recommend doing 30 second intervals and stirring in between. Pour the chocolate into your pan and spread it out evenly. Place your RITZ Crackers side by side into the chocolate. You can either use store bought caramels or make your own toffee for the next part. I’ve always called them caramel bars because they’re soft, but technically it’s more of a toffee! Melt your butter and brown sugar and pour over the crackers. While it’s still warm, place your peanut butter cups on top. I like finishing the bars with a little melted chocolate drizzle using the remaining chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before breaking or cutting into pieces. You can easily make it a few days or the night before a party to make life easier!
This one batch is a perfect bite-sized treat for any large sized gathering. Sponsored by NABISCO, All thoughts expressed and recipe creations are my own.
