Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven at 200°C.
Step 2
Cut your pumpkin in a half and scoop out the seeds.
Step 3
Place it upside down on a baking tray and bake it for about 25-45min.
Step 4
Let the pumpkin cool down and remove the skin.
Step 5
Mix the baked pumpkin in a food processor, fill it in a container and keep it in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
