Passion Fruit Jellies
5 steps
Prep:5minCook:7min
This is a super simple, four-ingredient, completely vegan jelly candy that comes together in 10 minutes (not including cooking time). The passion fruit pulp provides a nice tartness to the jellies while the sugar and added fruit juice (I used Italian soda) helps balance it out. This was something I created completely on the fly so keep that in mind but I hope you enjoy it if you give it a try!
