Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.
Step 2
Combine flour and butter. Grate in butter and mix well. Slowly add milk until dough is formed.
Step 3
Use ice cream scoop and drop into flour. Roll excess flour off and place in pan.
Step 4
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. Spray tops with butter spray in the last five minutes of baking to brown the tops.
