This Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake is a great fall treat! If you don’t have Pumpkin Pie Spice, don’t worry! You can make it by mixing together 2 Tbs cinnamon, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground cloves, and 1 tsp nutmeg!

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake

2 cupsall purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

½ tspbaking powder

½ tspsalt

1 Tbsppumpkin pie spice

1 cuppumpkin puree
not pumpkin pie filling

½ cupbrown sugar

¼ cupsugar

½ cupbutter
melted

¼ cupmilk
Cinnamon Streusel

Instructions
Make Cake
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 9x9 pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
In large bowl, combine wet ingredients. Then add dry ingredients to wet. Pour into prepared pan.
Make Cinnamon Streusel
Step 4
Add all ingredients in small bowl. Combine with hands, fork, pastry cutter, or hand mixer. Sprinkle streusel on batter, covering entire surface.
Step 5
Bake cake for 30-35 minutes.
Make Icing
Step 6
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Step 7
Once cake is cooked, let cool before drizzling icing on top. Enjoy!
