Instructions
Step 1
preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. And make sure you have a 20 cm cake pan. Put parchment paper in the cake pan and brush the sides with butter.

For the cookie dough
Step 2
Add the butter, granulated sugar and light brown sugar together. And mix until fluffy.

Add all the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix until it forms a dough.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Make 16 balls of the dough and flatten them slightly. Then put them on a plate and put them in the fridge.

For the cookie dough buttercream

Add the butter and brown sugar together. Mix this until it is very fluffy. This takes about 10 minutes!

Add half of the powdered sugar, flour and milk. Mix this until incorporated. Then mix in the other half of the ingredients.

Fold in the vanille extract and salt.

Do not put the chocolate chips in the buttercream until later. Because the filling in the cake consists of buttercream without chocolate chips.

Let the buttercream rest on the counter until you need to use it. Don't put it in the fridge!
For the cake mixture

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients: the flour, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, mix the butter and egg. Until it's completely fluffy.

Add the eggs to the batter one at a time.

In a cup, mix the milk with the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. And also add the milk mixture little by little to the wet ingredients.

Add the greek yoghurt. Then all ingredients are mixed. Now fold the chocolate chips into the batter.

Divide the batter into 3 parts. So you can bake 3 layers of cake.

Spoon the batter into the cake pan. And press 4 cookie dough flattened balls into the batter. Make sure they are completely covered with cake batter.

Now bake them for 35 minutes in the middle of the oven. Check with a skewer if they are cooked.

Bake each layer in this way. Make sure they are completely cool before assembling the cake.
For building the cake
Step 20
Put some buttercream on a cake layer. Put another cake layer on top and put some more buttercream on top. Put on the last cake layer.

Add the chocolate chips to the rest of the buttercream.

Cover the entire cake on the sides and on top with the cream.

Put the cake in the fridge and make the chocolate drip.

For the chocolate drip: add the heavy cream to the chocolate in a bowl. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir until everything has melted and add the oil.

Drip the chocolate mixture on the cake. (add more oil to the mixture if it's too thick)
Put the extra chocolate mixture on top of the cake.

put your remaining cookie dough on the cake as decoration. And you're all set, bon appetit!
