Ingredients

16 ozegg noodles wide
1 cupsugar
4eggs
beaten
½ cupmilk
1 stickbutter
melted
1 tspsalt
10 ozcan crushed pineapple
2 tspvanilla extract
2 tspcinnamon
3 Tbsplemon juice
15 ozcan of cling peach
21 ozcan of peach pie filling
Instructions
Step 1

Prepare egg noodles per package.
Step 2

Mix sugar, eggs, milk, butter, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Step 3

Slice peaches into bite size pieces. ** you can drain the peaches or, retain the liquid. Retaining the liquid results in a sweeter noodle pudding. Combine peaches, pie filling, and pineapples in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Transfer mixture to a buttered casserole dish (13x9).
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tops of the noodles start browning. *Bake longer for a crunchier top.
