Instructions

Step 1
preheat your oven to 325 degrees in convection mode. mix together your vinegar and dairy free milk to create a dairy free buttermilk
Step 2
mix all your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Step 3
pour in the "buttermilk" and vanilla combine it all and then add in your fruit
Step 4
*if the fruit is pureed such as banana or apple/applesauce then subsitute the oil out for the wet fruit mixture*
