Instructions

Step 1
Boil water, put sago in it and continue boiling for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Turn heat OFF, otherwise you'll melt the jelly sago - leave sago for 5 more minutes and the white centres should be clear.
Step 3
Mix coconut milk and coconut cream - put more cream if you want the syrup to be thicker.
Step 4
Mix some water (if regular sugar, use boiling water to melt) with splenda. Adjust sweetness according to taste, and mix with coconut milk and Coconut cream.
Step 5
Throw it all together! If you make too much syrup, save it for the next batch - it's basically just coconut milk.
