Smoked Green Chile Wings

Step your game up and take your bigs to the smoker! These green Chile bacon wings are seasoned lightly and added to the grill. With a kiss of smoke and a little kick of the green Chile will give you and your family the perfect wing!

Ingredients

2 servings

12 fresh chicken wings (not the frozen crap)
12chicken wings
fresh, not the frozen crap
1/3rd cup vegetable oil
⅓ cupvegetable oil
Bacon rub
Green Chile, or your favorite chicken rub

Instructions

Step 1
Start your smoker or grill and get the Temperature to 300 degrees
Step 2
As the smoker or grill if coming up to temperature, start prepping your wings. Add wings to a bowl and add 1/3rd cup of oil and seasoning mix well
Step 3
Once smoker reaches temperature add wings to the smoker. If your using a grill add the wings on the indirect side (opposite side of the heat)
Step 4
Let the wings roll and once they hit 165 remove wings from the grill. Add more seasoning if desired
