Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in a ziplock bag and add wing sauce and cheese. Close bag and coat chicken thoroughly..
Step 2
Place chicken in air fryer and cook until it reaches 165°. About 15-20 minutes at 400°. Separate egg whites from yolks.
Step 3
Crumble yolks into a bowl. Add mayo and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Dice up egg whites and put into separate, larger bowl.
Step 5
Dice up chicken and add to bowl with the egg whites.
Step 6
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the whites and chicken, mixing thoroughly so everything is coated.
