Step 1
Preheat oven 350 and butter a 4"x8" loaf pan

Mash bananas until smooth
Step 3
Stir in melted butter
Step 4
Mix in baking soda and salt

Stir in sugar, applesauce and vanilla

Mix in flour
Step 7
Poor into pan bake about. 40- 50 minutes or until done

Cool in pan few minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.

(I added 1 cup chopped walnuts and about 1/2 cup raisins... you can add blueberries, drained crushed pineapple or whatever you want).... Enjoy

Tip: I mixed by hand...few minutes.... over mixing the flour makes it tough...
