Instructions
Step 1
Boil orzo according to packet instructions, leaving about 50ml of cooking liquid.
Step 2
Crush and toast a tablespoon of peppercorns in a dry pan.
Step 3
Add in a generous knob of butter, grated courgettes, and grated parmesan.
Step 4
Stir through until sticky and gooey, then add in the lemon zest and quickly serve.
