2.25 ozbutter
6 ozcreamy peanut butter
4 ozbrown sugar
4 ozflour
½ Tbspvanilla extract
7 ozchocolate chunks

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the cookie dough: Combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, flour, vanilla extract and chocolate chunks in mixing bowl with a flat utensil, like a spatula. Mix until ingredients come together like cookie dough.
Step 2
Prepare the layers: Place slightly softened vanilla ice cream in mixer and mix until smooth. Break up cookie dough into 1 inch pieces. Add to ice cream and mix for three minutes until equally incorporated throughout ice cream.
Step 3
To Assemble: Have a 10 inch round springform cake pan ready and layer as follows.
Step 4
1st Layer: Place ½ qt crushed Oreos on bottom.
Step 5
2nd Layer: Ladle 2 ounces of caramel sauce over Oreos.
Step 6
3rd Layer: Scoop 8 cups of cream mix over caramel sauce.
Step 7
4th Layer Ladle 2 ounces of caramel sauce over ice cream mixture.
Step 8
5th Layer: Evenly spread ½ qt Oreos over ice cream mixture.
Step 9
6th Layer: Scoop remaining ice cream mix over Oreos.
Step 10
7th Layer: Ladle 2 ounces of caramel sauce over ice cream mixture.
Step 11
Top Layer: Evenly sprinkle ground Oreo crumbs over entire cake.
Step 12
Wrap whole pie in plastic wrap and freeze until solid.
