Instructions
Step 1
Boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente, drain and add it to a bowl.
Step 2
In the pasta bowl, add oil, your favourite pasta sauce (I used a tomato ricotta sauce), grated Parmigiano and paprika. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then add you pasta on top.
Step 4
Bake at 200C/400F for about 20-25 mins or until super crispy!
Step 5
Once baked, add your pasta chips to a bowl, season with some extra paprika and a pinch of salt and toss well to combine all the flavours!
Step 6
Serve you PASTA CHIPS with your favourite dipping sauce. Buon appetito!
