Step 1
In a large sauté pan, mix together cheeses and yogurt over medium heat.

Once the cheeses have melted and mixed with the yogurt, add in artichokes, garlic and spinach. Mix well.

Add spices and taste. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Preheat oven to 350.

Slice your bread horizontally and vertically almost all the way through the bread, making 1 inch cubes.

Spoon in the dip into the cuts. Pile on top any remaining dip.

Bake for 20 minutes.

After your dough has gone through it’s rise, punch down to remove any air pockets.
Step 9
Weigh your dough. Divide that number by 6.
Step 10
Divide your dough so that all 6 dough balls are evenly weighted according to your math.

Roll out each ball into a long, thin rope.
Step 12
Lay 3 ropes down next to each other. Lay the other 3 on top to form a +.
Step 13
Weave the center together in a basket weave.
Step 14
Braid all 4 strands in a standard braid.
Step 15
Tuck all 4 braids under the center basket weave.
Step 16
Cover and proof for 30 more minutes before baking.
