Microwave Baileys Chocolate Fudge
4 steps
Prep:10min
A 10 minute super easy Microwave Baileys Chocolate Fudge recipe... rich and delicious!
Laura's Notes: Never tried with the Bailey's but it's always been lovely without, really easy to do. Best kept in the fridge, it easily melts on fingers.
Chop it into small pieces (large 6 sided dice), put it back in the fridge if it starts melting and cut more of it later).
Makes a lot of fudge (2 heaped cereal bowls full), make sure you have enough fridge space and people to give it to (it's very rich, you can only really eat a few pieces at a time).
Really good gift idea, as long as they don't melt.
