Ingredients

2 tspcream of tartar
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspcinnamon
2 ½ cupsall purpose flour
½ cupwhite sugar
1 ½ cupsBrown Sugar
2eggs
room temperature
1 ½ tspvanilla extract
2 stickssalted butter
To roll the dough
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the butter & cool completely.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream of tartar, baking soda, cinnamon & flour. In another small bowl, combine the eggs & vanilla.
Step 3
Combine both sugars in a large bowl, add in cooled butter &mix. Add in vanilla & eggs then stir until combined, then fold in the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Scoop dough into balls, roll in cinnamon sugar & place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
