Instructions
Step 1
1. Note: I use a rice cooker but you can do the recipe in a pot as well. If you are using the rice cooker omit the olive oil step.

2. In a pan add olive oil with the garlic, onions, carrots and stir well for about 2-3 mins.
Step 3
3. Add from the kidney beans to the stock and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
4. Cook the rice for about 60 mins or until the grains are soft but still intact not mushy.
