To Decorate

Step 1
Mix the eggs and sugar
Step 2
Melt the butter with the dark chocolate and pour this in and mix to combine
Step 3
Add the flour and cocoa powder
Step 4
Finely chop the white chocolate and add this in

Add to a 15 x 20cm baking tin, cover with foil, and bake for 24-28minutes at 200C until there is only a slight jiggle in the brownie
Step 6
Allow to cool
Step 7
Cut into 24 even pieces, and roll each into into a ball, then leave to re set in the fridge
Step 8
Melt the decorating chocolate in 2 separate bowls
Step 9
Take 1/4 of the white chocolate and colour it green, and 1/4 and colour it red
Step 10
Use a cocktail stick to pick up the brownie balls and dip it in the milk chocolate, and allow to begin to set
Step 11
Spoon a blob of white chocolate on top and let it set, before adding leaves with the green chocolate and berries with the red
