Ingredients

1 cupbutter
softened
½ cupbrown sugar
½ cupsugar
2eggs
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
½ teaspoonmint extract
1 x 3.4 ounceinstant chocolate pudding
box
2 cupsflour
¼ cupdark cocoa powder
½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 x 9.9 ouncemint M&M's
1 cupdark chocolate chips
2 tablespoonssprinkles

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and extract and beat again.
Step 3
Stir together the pudding mix, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Slowly beat this into the butter mixture.
Step 4
Stir in most of the M&M's, the chocolate chips, and the 2 Tablespoons sprinkles gently. Scoop the cookie dough out into 30 even balls.
Step 5
Roll each one into a ball and roll in the extra sprinkles. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the pan and let the cookies sit on the pan for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Tap the top of the cookies with the bottom of a flat spatula to flatten each cookie slightly before moving them to a piece of parchment on the counter.
Step 8
Let cool completely before storing in a tightly sealed container.
