Instructions
Step 1
Cook baked potato (either in the oven or microwave). After it's cooked, cut in half and put each half in a small low bowl.
Step 2
Toss Broccoli in avocado oil and add your favorite seasonings (ie. lawrys, garlic powder, ranch powder, etc.). Spray a pan with oil and cook broccoli until soft (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Once broccoli is soft, add your coined chicken sausage. Cook another 10 minutes or until brown. Toss sausage and broccoli frequently to make sure all sides get crispy.
Step 4
Split the chicken sausage and broccoli mixture over the bowls and top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
