Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 3 In a small bowl, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon, whisking until evenly combined.

Step 8 Beginning on the left side, gently roll the puff pastry from left to right.

Step 10 Using a bread knife, slice off about 1/2-inch from each end. Discard the ends.
