Instructions

For the crust

Step 1
Break the graham crackers (galettes bretonnes) and mixed it with the melted butter

Press the mixture into a pan

Set aside

For the filling

Put the gelatin in cold water for 5min

Heat the orange juice, once it’s hot (remove from heat) and put the gelatin while mixing well

In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff

In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, the sugar and the orange zest

Add the cream cheese, the heavy cream and the orange juice, mix until well combined

Then, delicately, add the egg whites

Pour the mixture into the pan

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
