Great cookie to make if you have left over cookie butter, but you can use Biscoff spread. A lot like a cinnamon spice cookie.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2
Mix flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, set aside
Step 3
Beat butter and cookie butter till creamy
Step 4
Add sugar and beat 2 minutes
Step 5
Add vanilla and egg, mix well
Step 6
Add flour mixture and mix till combined
Step 7
Scoop by 10 gram medium scoop on baking sheets and press down slightly.
Step 8
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
Step 9
Take out and tap on counter a couple of times and cool
