Instructions
Spaghetti squash
Step 1
Pull out your cutting board and grab a medium spaghetti squash.
Step 2
Cut spaghetti squash into two halves.
Step 3
In your Instant Pot or regular pot, pour water into the bottom and place a metal rack inside.
Step 4
Add the squash halves flesh side up, and close the lid.
Step 5
Instant Pot: Cook on high pressure, press MANUAL +7 minutes.
Step 6
Regular pot: Cook on high heat for 20 minutes.
Step 7
When the timer goes off, remove the cooked spaghetti squash from the cooker.
Step 8
Using a fork or spoon, carefully start pulling out the squash strands.

Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well until they are dissolved.
Step 10
Cut the carrot into matchsticks. Thinly slice the onion. Cut the bell pepper into similar lengths.
Step 11
Cut the beef into thin 2-inch long strips and cut the stems off the mushrooms, and slice into 1/4-inch thin strips.
Step 12
In a large non-stick skillet, add ½ tbsp of oil and add minced garlic over medium heat.
Step 13
When garlic gets golden color, add beef and mushrooms and stir fry them.
Step 14
When Beef gets half cooked, add 2 tbsp of sauce. You can adjust the sauce to your taste.
Step 15
Add sliced onions, bell peppers, carrots, and stir fry lightly.
Step 16
Lastly add cooked spaghetti squash with 1 tbsp of sauce.
Step 17
Toss them briefly and turn off the heat. Drizzle some sesame oil and sesame seeds.
