Blend chicken in a food processor (you can skip this if you’re using ground chicken)

With wet hands, roll chicken into mini balls
Step 4
Blend rice crackers and seasoning
Step 5
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with milk

Place on parchment paper and coat each ball with a 1/4 tsp of olive oil
