Instant Pot Pork Loin Chops With Mushroom gravy

Instructions

Step 1
If using minute rice, do not add to instant pot. Cook in rice cooker.
Step 2
Use sauté button on the instant pot and brown chops with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Take out of pot until all pork chops are brown. Once browned place back in instant pot.
Step 3
Add rice, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper, Lipton Onion soup mix, and mushrooms and 1/4 cup water.
Step 4
Set to manual and cook for 3 minutes. NR for 10 minutes, then vent until steam is finished.
