Instructions

Step 1
Set instant pot to saute and brown ground beef
Step 2
When beef is almost done, add in onion (or onion powder) and garlic
Step 3
Add in flour and thyme and cook for 1 min
Step 4
Add soy sauce, worchestire and 1 can beef broth. Scrape bottom of the pot
Step 5
Sprinkle in 1/2 au jus packet. Turn pot off and add in egg noodles
Step 6
Pour the other can of beef broth on top of the noodles
Step 7
Cook on high pressure 5 min, NR for 2-3 min. Release the rest of the pressure and stir
Step 8
Slowly stir in the sour cream.
