Step 1
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water

Add flour and salt. Stir to form a soft dough. Knead 4-5 times.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Punch the dough down and divide into 20 equal pieces
Step 5
Roll each piece into a long strip, then form into pretzel shape.
Step 6
Combine baking soda and cold water. Brush over the pretzels and top with salt.
Step 7
Bake at 450 F for 15-20 minutes.
