For the dough:

4 Tbspvegan butter
melted

1 ⅓ cupplant milk
warmed

¼ cupsugar

⅓ teaspoonssalt

4 cupsflour

2 ¼ teaspoonsyeast

Instructions
Step 1
Layer ingredients for dough in bread machine in order listed.
Step 2
Use dough cycle, 2 lb. loaf.
Step 3
Mix filling ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Grease 2 square or round cake pans. Set aside.
Step 5
When dough cycle is finished, remove the dough and punch to deflate.
Step 6
Divide dough into 2 pieces.
Step 7

Roll dough into rectangles 12 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick.
Step 8

Top the rectangles with filling mixture.

Roll the rectangles and pinch along the long side to seal.
Step 10
Slice with a sharp knife into equal portions.

Arrange in prepared pans and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 35-40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350.
Step 13

Bake for25-30 minutes, until puffed with golden tops and hollow sounding when tapped.

Combine frosting ingredients and stir or beat until smooth.

Let cool 20-25 minutes before frosting.
